ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELING

Responsible for developing the architectural BIM model, preparing authority submission drawings, creating required BIM families, and carrying out BIM coordination. Scope includes producing architectural package from schematic design through detailed design up to issue for construction, while coordinating all design inputs with MEP, structural, and landscape disciplines to ensure a fully coordinated and constructible solution.

INTERIOR BIM MODELING

Deliver interior BIM modeling, BIM coordination, joinery & fit-out shop drawing modeling support, custom Revit family creation and detailed drawings from schematic design through issue for construction. fully coordinated with MEPF, structural, and Architectural disciplines.

FACADE BIM MODELING

Responsible for façade BIM modeling, preparation of authority submission drawings, and the production of architectural façade details from schematic design through issue for construction.

LANDSCAPE BIM MODELING

Responsible for developing and maintaining the landscape BIM model, managing the landscape BIM team, creating required BIM families, and carrying out BIM coordination in full compliance with the client’s BIM standards and BIM Execution Plan (BEP). The scope includes producing landscape drawings and details from schematic design through detailed design, tender, and issue for construction stages, while coordinating all design inputs with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to deliver a fully coordinated, constructible, and clean BIM model.

DYNAMO SCRIPT/AUTOMATION

LAB22 will develop custom Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive Revit tasks related to BIM modeling and documentation. The scope includes workflow analysis, script development, testing, and integration within the project’s Revit environment. These automation tools are intended to improve production speed, reduce manual errors, and ensure consistent, standards-compliant BIM outputs.
